Make sure you plug the appliance into a socket that has a suitable earth connection. Never connect your deep fryer unless the oil level is above the minimum and under the maximum. [. . . ] Pour the oil or liquid fat into the deep fryer and remember that the oil level must be above the minimum and below the maximum. Place the basket handle (9) in the vertical position and squeeze the metal rods into the basket support holes (fig.
