If the message was not delivered, the options listed in the previous table do not appear in the display. 4. MESSAGES AND LOCK MODE Your phone can still receive messages while in Lock Mode. The time and date of the message appear in the display, but you cannot access the message until you enter the lock code. Draft Box Messages in the Draft Box are those that have been composed but never sent. You can return to the Draft Box at any time to view, edit, or send a draft message. A confirmation message appears in the display and your message is saved to the Draft Box. 78 VIEW AND EDIT DRAFT MESSAGES 1. Any draft messages that you've composed appear as a list in the display. Use the navigation key to highlight the message that you wish to view, then press . Option Edit Send To Edit Text Send Options Save in Draft Save Text Function Edit the phone number of the recipient. Select the priority, validity, privacy, delivery acknowledgement, signature, callback #, deferred delivery options. Save only the text in the message, if media or other content is contained within the message. 5. While editing the text of a draft message, press the left soft key ( ) Option. Option T9 Word Function T9 Word recognizes commonly used words for the numeric sequence of keypresses and inserts the word into your message.
