Slide the Fan Blade over the motor shaft ensuring that it is firmly seated and fit the blade retaining knob and turn anti-clockwise to tighten. Loosen the nut on the back of the Front Grille and unscrew the screw from the front of the Front Grille. Open the 3 grill clamps on the front blade cover and fit the edge of the back cover into the slot on the rim of the front cover, align screw holes, and close clamps. Fit nut and screw and tighten.
