If steam escapes from under the Calc-Clean rinsing cap when the appliance heats up, switch off the appliance and tighten the Calc-Clean rinsing cap. Do not use any other cap on the steam tank than the Calc-Clean rinsing cap that has been supplied with the appliance, as this cap also functions as a safety valve.
