[. . . ] Operating Instructions & Cookbook Microwave & Grill Oven NN-GD376 / NN-GD377 CHAOS DEFROST Important safety instructions Please read carefully and keep for future reference Contents Safety Information . . 42 1 Important safety instructions Please read carefully and keep for future reference This appliance is supplied with a moulded three pin mains plug for your safety and convenience, which may be marked, and rated, either 10 amps or 13 amps. A 10 amp or 13 amp fuse is fitted according to the type of mains plug fitted. Should the fuse need to be replaced, please ensure that the replacement fuse has the correct rating for the type of mains plug fitted and that it is approved by ASTA or BSI to BSI362. [. . . ] Turning the dial to zero will end cooking. CAUTION: The oven will automatically work on HIGH microwave power if a cooking time is entered without the power level previously being selected. Multi-Stage Cooking The oven has 3 stage cooking, so you can program up to 3 different instructions and the oven will switch automatically from power to power (Repeat steps 1 and 2 above but only press Start after all stages have been entered). N. B. Auto Weight / Defrost Pad can be programmed in first stage only. 18 Grilling · Press Grill Pad Select level by pressing one of the following options:-. 1 press grill 1 (high) 2 presses grill 2 (medium) 3 Presses grill 3 (low) The grill indicator light appears in the display. · Set Time Select Cooking time by turning the Time/Weight Dial. Time can be set up to 90 minutes. · Press Start Pad Adjusting Time during cooking You can change the cooking time during cooking if required. Time can be increased/decreased in 1 minute increments, up to 10 minutes. When turning food, open oven door and CAREFULLY remove grill rack using oven gloves. The oven display will continue to count down the remaining grilling time. It is quite safe to open the oven door at any time to check the progress of the food as it is grilling. Always clean the oven after using the Grill and before using the microwave or combination. Caution: The oven will automatically work on HIGH microwave power if a cooking time is entered without the Grill level previously being selected. CAUTION: The GRILL rack must always be used with the glass turntable in position. Remove grill rack from oven by holding the rack and heatproof dish firmly. Never touch the outside window or inside metal parts of the door or oven when taking food in or out due to the high temperatures involved. ® 19 Combination Cooking · Combination Pad Press combination pad to select level. The combination indicator lights, and combination level (1, 2 or 3) will appear in the display. · Set Time Select cooking time by turning Time/Weight Dial.
