Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children less than 8 years. [. . . ] Use of accessory: For 1 level CONVECTION cooking use the enamel shelf or wire shelf in any shelf position. For 2 level CONVECTION cooking, the enamel shelf can be used in shelf position 1 and the wire shelf can be used in shelf position 3. The food on the upper level may be cooked sooner than that on the lower one. NOTE 25 EN Convection Cooking NOTE on Preheating „„Do not open the door during preheating. After preheating 3 beeps will be heard and the “P” will flash in the display window. If the oven door is not opened after preheating, the oven will maintain the selected temperature. This would not be useful in normal use (the food would be cooked before browning is achieved).
