[. . . ] Deleting a number, text item or image added to a name Press down (or up) in standby mode, scroll to the desired name (and number) and press Details. Scroll to the number, text item or image you want to delete, press Options, select the appropriate function, and press Yes. Editing a name, number or text item 1. OR: If the Contacts view setting is Name and number, scroll to the desired name, number or text item and press Edit. Edit the name, number or text item, and press OK. Copying contacts You can copy names and phone numbers from the phone to the SIM card and vice versa. Text items or images saved in the phone will not be copied to the SIM card. Select One by one, All or Default numbers (shown when you copy from the phone). Select whether you want to keep the original names and numbers (Keep original) or delete them (Move original). Voice dialling You can dial a phone number by saying one or more words ('voice tag') attached to it. All the voice tags are deleted if you insert another SIM card into the phone and save new voice tags. Before using voice dialling, note that: · Voice tags are not language dependent. All rights reserved. 87 · When recording a voice tag or making a call by saying a voice tag, hold the phone in the normal position near to your ear. Note: You must say the name exactly as you said it when you recorded it. This may be difficult in, for example, a noisy environment or during an emergency, so you should not rely solely upon voice dialling in all circumstances. Recording a voice tag Press down (or up) in standby mode, scroll to the desired name, and press Details. Press Start and clearly say the word(s) that you want to record as the voice tag. Making a call using a voice tag Press and hold the right selection key or the voice key in standby mode until you hear a short tone, and say the voice tag clearly. Playing, changing or deleting a voice tag Press Menu in standby mode and select Contacts and Voice tags. Select the desired name or phone number and the function that you want. Other functions related to the contacts list To access the following functions, press Menu in standby mode and select Contacts.
