Work with voice tags You can listen to an existing voice tag (in case you forgot what you recorded), rerecord a voice tag, or delete an existing tag. 1 2 3 1 At the Start screen, press and hold Contacts for one to two seconds. Your service provider can provide you with the necessary feature codes for these network services. Once you store these feature codes in your phone, they are sent automatically to the network when you select one of the call forwarding options from your phone menu. Your phone can store the following types of feature codes: Feature code type Divert all calls Feature code type Description Divert all data/ Diverts all incoming fax calls data/fax calls to the number you specify. Cancel all diverts Cancels any and all call diverting options you may have set. Store a feature code 1 Press Menu 4-6-5 (Settings > Network services > Network feature setting).
