[. . . ] In emergencies, stress causes changes in your voice, which may keep the phone from recognising your voice command. Work with voice tags You can listen to an existing voice tag (in case you forgot what you recorded), rerecord a voice tag, or delete an existing tag. 1 2 3 1 At the Start screen, press and hold Contacts for one to two seconds. A tone is heard and Please speak now is displayed. Press Menu 6-2 (Voice > Voice commands) then press Select. Press Options, scroll to either Playback, Change, or Delete, and press Select. The voice tag will playback through the headset to confirm your choice. Please contact your service provider for information and availability. This chapter describes advanced calling features such as call waiting, and the use of calling cards for calls. Contact your service provider for availability and for your network's feature codes. 1 2 To access an option during a call, press Options. Scroll to one of the following options, then press Select: Option Description Disables or enables the microphone. These options affect any accessories connected to the phone (headset, car kit). Mute/End mute [ 57 ] Advanced features Learn about Call divert feature codes Your network requires separate codes for activating and cancelling the various types of call forwarding. Your service provider can provide you with the necessary feature codes for these network services. Once you store these feature codes in your phone, they are sent automatically to the network when you select one of the call forwarding options from your phone menu. Your phone can store the following types of feature codes: Feature code type Divert all calls Feature code type Description Divert all data/ Diverts all incoming fax calls data/fax calls to the number you specify. Cancel all diverts Cancels any and all call diverting options you may have set. Store a feature code 1 Press Menu 4-6-5 (Settings > Network services > Network feature setting).
