[. . . ] For USA only: Over AC 125V Use a power cord suited to the voltage in use with AC 250V AC 15A rated plugs (NEMA 6P-15) and a minimum of SVT type cord for insulation and for anything over AWG 18 in size. Do not connect the product to any device not specifically referred to in this manual. Please note that the EH-61 can not be used with devices that use the EH-60 AC adapter (available separately).  â· Remove the power cable from the power outlet when not in use. Do not apply excessive force to the DC plug or cable while the AC adapter and camera are connected.  connecting the AC Adapter Before connecting the AC adapter ,  be sure the camera is off. Follow these steps to connect the adapter (Figure 2; illustration shows COOLPIX 3100): 1 Plug the AC adapter plug into the AC adapter (Figure 2-a). 2 Open the door which covers the DC IN connector and insert the DC plug into the DC IN connector (Figure 2-b).
