Time, date & alarm setting
Your phone has the ability to store the time and date for two time zones: Home (Local time) or World (Remote time). This information is displayed in 12 or 24 hour format on the standby screen, and can be used to trigger an alarm and for scheduler.
With the standby screen displayed, press
MENU
1 and 6 before performing the following procedures.
Show clock This option allows you to select the time that you prefer to display on the standby screen.
Press 1 to display the Show clock screen. The number for the currently selected option is displayed
in green.
Press the appropriate key for the required option.
Setting the Local time and Remote time
Press 2 to display the Set time screen. Press Softkey 1 to save the changes.
Setting the date

When you select 12 hour format, you need to select am/pm, too.
Press 3 to display the Set date screen. Use the and keys to highlight the Day field and key in the 2 digits for day of the month. Use the and keys to highlight the Month field and key in the 2 digits for month. Use the and keys to highlight the Year field and key in the 4 digits for year. Press Softkey 1 to save the changes.

Setting the alarm
Press 4 to display the Set alarm screen. Use the and keys to highlight the Set time field and key in the required alarm time. Use the and keys to highlight the Set alarm tone field and press to display the Alarm tone list screen. Press Softkey 1 to play the highlighted tone and press Softkey 2 to stop the tone sounding. Press to select the highlighted alarm tone and return to the Set alarm screen. The selected tone will be displayed in the Set
alarm tone field.

When the alarm is On, it sounds at the set time everyday. When you select 12 time format, you need to select am/pm, too.
Use the and keys to highlight the Enter alarm text field and press Press Softkey 1 to activate the alarm.
Setting format

Press 5 to display the Set format screen. Use the and keys to highlight the preferred date format and press Use the and keys to highlight the preferred time format and press Press Softkey 1 to save the changes.
Setting timezone
. · If summer time can be set for the highlighted timezone, the Daylight savings will be displayed at the bottom of the screen.
Press to activate/deactivate the setting (a in the box means the summer time is activated).
Press Softkey 1 to save the changes.
