APPLIANCES WITHOUT FITTED PLUG FITTING A PLUG - IMPORTANT The wires in the mains lead are coloured in accordance with the following code: BLUE : NEUTRAL BROWN : LIVE But the colours may not correspond with the coloured markings identifying the terminals in your plug, proceed as follows: The wire which is coloured BLUE must be connected to the terminal which is marked with the letter `N' or coloured black. The wire which is coloured BROWN must be connected to the terminal which is marked with the letter `L' or coloured red. This appliance is manufactured to conform to the Low Voltage Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 1989 and is designed to comply with BS 3456. - Your appliance is intended for domestic use only and inside the house. - It must be employed only for the type of use indicated in the instruction leaflet. - Disconnect your appliance as soon as you finish using it and when you clean it. - Do not use the appliance if it is not working correctly, or if it has been damaged. - In the event of deformation of any part of the appliance or of an accessory, it should be changed. contact an approved Moulinex service centre (see list in the service booklet).
