[. . . ] • Regardless of the setting of LAMP MODE, the LOW lamp mode is activated by default whenever the projector is turned on. When LAMP MODE has been set to STANDARD, the lamp mode changes from LOW to STANDARD about 2 minutes after turn-on. • When the ambient operating temperature is high, the brightness of the lamp isn’t changed by switching the lamp mode. • When the lamp mode is switched, the projected image may flicker. • An icon is displayed to the right of the menu bar while the projector is warmed up. And an icon is displayed while the operating ambient temperature is high. While the icon is being displayed, the lamp may not brighten even when you change the LAMP MODE to STANDARD. • You can’t set IMAGE CAPTURE and SPLASH SCREEN when PASSWORD FUNCTION in the FEATURE menu has been set to SPLASH ID SCREEN to enable the password lock. • When you set BACK COLOR to IMAGE and display the splash screen (startup screen) for a long time of period, the after-image may remain on the screen. • Don’t adjust the lens frequently with BACK COLOR set to IMAGE. • The power can be saved using the functions marked with on the icon.
