[. . . ] Over time your hearing "comfort level" adapts to higher volumes of sound. So what sounds "normal" can actually be loud and harmful to your hearing. Guard against this by setting your equipment at a safe level BEFORE your hearing adapts. To establish a safe level: - Start your volume control at a low setting. - Slowly increase the sound until you can hear it comfortably and clearly and without distortion. If you choose "No", you will exit the Delete all mode. 2. 5. 4 Exit Choose EXIT to return to music pause mode. Note: No matter where you enter the MUSIC mode, you will always enter in stop mode and at the same stop point in the song as where you were before exiting. 8 3. Movie Mode Select the Movie icon from the main menu using the button to enter. Press the MODE buttons to choose video you desire and then press PLAY to watch. If you want to pause, press & hold the PLAY button and then press PLAY again to resume. If the video is paused, press the MODE button and you will find the following options: Local folder; Delete file; Delete all; Exit and Repeat It is similar to music mode and includes the following repeat modes: Normal, Repeat One, Folder, Repeat Folder, Repeat All, Random and Intro. Note: this device can only play videos in amv format. Picture Browsing Select the "View Picture" icon from the main menu using the / buttons.
