INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS BLOWER FAN KIT A-00503-A
To lower vibration levels in HB100, HB180, HB180V and BP250 Blowers INSTALLATION ON "D" SHAPED SHAFTS
1. [. . . ] WARNING Improper fan installation will result in excessive unit vibration.
INSTALLATION ON ROUND SHAFTS
1. Assemble new fan with molded scribe line on the fan in line with the spark plug (see Figure 1). Install the fan adaptor and belleville washer (concave side towards fan) as shown in Figure 2. . Hold the fan and install the fan retaining nut and torque the nut 150-200 in. WARNING Blower will vibrate excessively if fan is improperly installed.
