Method 3: Right-click in the right pane (upper pane) of the VCD Manager and select ADD to open the Add VCD window. Adding VCD Files from the Internet To use a VCD file that is on the Internet, first you must confirm the IP address (or website name) and name of the image file. Use any of these methods to add Internet images: Method 1: Select File from VCD Manager, and then select Add Internet Image to open the Add Internet Image dialog box.
