Turning over the unit · Turn the temperature regulator (d) to "MIN" and pull out the thermostatic plug (see also "Putting the unit away"). ⷠThoroughly clean the last plate that was used (see "Cleaning and care"). ⷠHold the unit by the handles provided when turning it over (3). Thoroughly clean the cooking plate (a/e) and the tray (f) before they are used for the first time. Never put the thermostatic plug (c) with the mains cable into the dishwashing machine. the grilling plate (e) with the grooved surface is suitable for the typical grilling of steaks , cutlets or the like. The frying plate (a) with the smooth surface is used to fry shellfish, eggs, sliced vegetables or the like. Note:Allow enough space between the wall and the unit to allow air to circulate better. Before turning the unit over, first pull the tray out of the unit (2). Putting the unit away · Turn the temperature regulator (d) to "MIN" and pull out the mains plug.
