Protect the environment · Hand over the cabinet packaging and discarded fridges and freezers to a recycling station. Contact your local council or Environmental Health office for more information. · Follow the advice in the section "Saving energy" · The door gasket and coolant used in this cabinet will not harm the ozone layer. · All parts in the packaging can be recycled. Maintenance and Cleaning Removing the ventilation grille The ventilation grille can be removed, e. g. The cover can be opened by simultaneously pressing the lever on the right of grill (1) and turning the cover outward (2). Holiday Mode In the holiday mode the temperature for the refrigerator is approximately +15 °C. In the holiday mode it is therefore possible to leave the door of the empty refrigerator closed during periods of extended absence. Advantage: Unintentional closing of the door, or accidental closing of the door by persons who have access to your home during your absence, is no longer possible. Without the holiday mode leaving the door closed would lead to the accumulation of odours and mould. To set the holiday mode, press the "+" (WARMER) or "-" (COLDER) button. The temperature display will change and indicate in flashing numbers the DESIRED temperature that is currently set. [. . . ] This work is to be carried out by a skilled plumbing installation technician. There are different type-approved taps and tap assemblies on the market. Before the refrigerator is taken into use in its final location, ensure that the water connection has been correctly carried out, that there is no leakage at the connection to the refrigerator water valve or to the water tap, and that the four spacers are properly in position, see the illustration. We recommend that the refrigerator is placed on a "run-off" mat intended for refrigerators and freezers, which makes it easier to detect possible leakage. [. . . ]
