The cup support rack, drip tray and used capsules container are all dishwasher proof. We recommend to decalcify the machine regularly depending on the water hardness (2–3 months). We recommend to use Electrolux decalcifying solution EPD4/C/D/E/N/R (never use vinegar). Fill the water tank with decalcifying solution (follow product instructions). , then turn the knob to steam/hot water position (steam led and coffee led will flash alternately during the 30 minute decalcifying process). When the decalcifying process is finished, steam led will flash fast in order to remind the user to turn the knob back.
